SUMMARY
The story revolves around Carlton – a white military general, and Antoinette – a black laundress. Showing up unannounced, Antoinette demands a purple heart medal for her brother – a Harlem Hell Fighter and demands that his body returns back to the family.
It is set on a rainy day inside an office space. The rhythm of the dialogue bounces back and forth between Carlton and Antoinette; each tries to gain/regain their power in the room.
